To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these guidelines:

• Remove all packaging before lighting any candle and place it on a level, non-flammable surface.

​

• Keep candles away from flammable materials and out of reach children and pets.

​

• Use a candle holder, hurricane glass, or lantern where applicable.

​

• Trim the wick to ±1mm before lighting and each time you relight it.

​

• Do not burn candles in a draft and never leave a burning candle unattended after first lighting the candle.

​

• Allow the candle to burn for one hour per every 2cm of diameter to establish a decent burn pool.

​

• Keep the burn pool clear of debris and avoid moving the candle.

​

• Never use liquid to extinguish a candle and try to snuff the flame rather than blowing it out.

​

• Do not burn candles near a source of heat such as an oven, heater, or fireplace.

​

• Once the wick has burnt down to 2cm from the candle's base, it should be extinguished and discarded.
