ORDERING PROCESS

 

ONLINE STORE ONLY 

PLEASE NOTE - All items are made to order; no items are kept in stock, and everything needs time to be put together before shipping. Once your order has been received, we try our utmost to get it delivered to you as soon as possible. 

 

Please understand that we won't be able to make any changes to your order once we have started production.

 

Candle Making Kits

Our Kits are usually sent out to customers within 5 business days (maybe even quicker), however this does not include delivery time.

 

Other Candle Supplies

All items are made to order, production of these items can take between 5 to 7 business days for the order to be completed before shipping.

 

ONLY AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND READY TO SHIP, will you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Expected delivery time can be 2 - 3 days after the email has been sent. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are outside of our control.

 

 

SHIPPING

The utmost care is taken with orders and packaging to prevent breakage. However, breakage may occur, which is beyond our control when the order is couriered. Additional Shipping Charges may apply due to outlying areas and this will be invoiced after an order has been received.

 

Once the order has been processed, we will dispatch your order and send the tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number (waybill) within 7 Business Days from the original order date, please email orders@bsartandcrafts.co.za. Use your order number as the heading/title of the email and the order will be followed up ASAP.

 

To keep shipping as low as possible (and to guarantee that you will receive your package), we use The Courier Guy.

 

Delivery will take from 2-3 Business Days depending on the delivery area, ONLY AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

 

 

ECO Friendly

We are trying to be friendly to the environment by using less designed and printed packaging. Most packaging used is plain, recyclable boxes and containers. This also allows us to keep our prices down

The delivery fee is calculated at checkout and is based on the province that has been chosen and the final weight of the items.

 

Please select the correct province for the delivery of your order. This is important with regard to being charged correctly with regard to the courier fees.

If the incorrect shipping province is chosen for the order, an invoice will be sent with the outstanding amount due for the courier fee. No order will go out until the outstanding amount has been paid.

 

PLEASE choose your correct shipping province.

Additional Shipping Charges may apply for outlying areas, and this will be invoiced after an order has been received.

 

Outlying Areas:

Special locations (mines, plots/farms, power stations, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbors, embassies, etc).

NO Orders will go into production until proof of payment has been received.

We have the right to wait for the funds to clear as well. 

Orders that are not paid within 3 days of the order being placed will be cancelled.
